Kuching became hosts to 40 residents and staff of Rumah Seri Kenangan on Friday
for their Farewell Gathering Dinner. The dinner was also attended by Eric Tan, Pullman’s
General Manager, Head Of Departments, and staffs to make the night a memorable one
for the senior residents.

From
year to year, Pullman Kuching has performed their corporate social
responsibility frequently to this welfare home by either donating food and
basic needs or inviting them to attend the hotel’s events during festive
occasions.

| Everybody seems excited! |
This
dinner holds a very significant meaning to the senior residents because they
will be temporarily relocated to various welfare homes in the country as the
existing old building will be demolished and a new building will be built. The estimated time of completion is two years
according to the ministry. The residents and staff will be relocated to Rumah
Seri Kenangan Sibu and Rumah Seri Kenangan Cheras.

Meanwhile,
Pullman is also pleased to organise a birthday party for those born between
Januarys till April. Most of the residents do not have
the chance to spend their birthdays with their families, and this initiative
comes as a blessing to them and sets the right mood for a little celebration.
